An architectural show-case building to demonstrate the advantages of an ETFE envelope. The brief required a building to demonstrate the advancement of the and adoption of green principles by the corporation. 

In it an array of green building principles were incorporated such as evaporative cooling, solar shading, green roofs and balconies, natural light and ventilation.
