A planned commercial tower to be constructed in stages:

STAGE 1: Build a home base for the Home client / Developer

STAGE 2: Build a commercial tower attached  through the podium with an expressive landscape design binding the two projects into one.

The design incorporated solar screening and reflective studies to maximize daylight but reduce direct incident sun-rays and heat.
